How long does production take?
Each piece is made to order in our Tokyo atelier. Production typically takes 2-3 weeks before shipping. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes. Email us at [email protected] with your measurements and we'll create a piece tailored specifically for you at no additional cost.
What materials do you use?
We work exclusively with natural fibers sourced from historic Japanese textile mills. This includes organic cotton, linen, silk, and hemp, all dyed using traditional plant-based methods.
How should I care for my garment?
Hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water. Hang dry away from direct sunlight. Iron on low heat if needed. Avoid dry cleaning when possible. Each piece comes with specific care instructions.
What is your lifetime repair program?
We repair any Yūrei Threads garment for life. Following kintsugi philosophy, we mend worn areas with golden thread, celebrating the garment's journey. Simply email us to arrange a repair.
Do you have a physical store?
Our Tokyo atelier at 3-18-5 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku is open for appointments Monday through Saturday, 11:00-19:00 JST. Email to schedule a visit.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers within Japan. Payment is processed securely through our encrypted checkout.
